When I started this adventure with Monumental Health and Wellness I was literally in pain from my head to my ankles. Getting up out of a chair and trying to walk was very difficult for me. Dr. Jack did a great job fixing my tennis elbow. It was affecting my quality of life because of the pain. After the treatment plan I’m now able to resume normal activities and golf again!
